Round pulse bag dust collector is a highly efficient, energy saving, stable and reliable dust collecting equipment, which is based on the original DMC technology and the separation of cyclone. The acupuncture anti-static filter material we use in the unit has reasonable structure

and excellent performance, which has the characteristic of easily-replaced, electrostatic-removed, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability and high strength.


The device can work with high efficiency for long term, the dust remover take advantage of the wind tangent campaign to ensure that the dust particles fall down from the wall relied on the effects of centrifugal force, so that it will reduce the burden of filtering and PLC programmable logic controller is used for electrical control to control the time or control the pressure and display the temperature that measured. Then it also has small filtration resistance to gas and the dust removal efficiency is higher then the fabric filter, to about 99.9%.


Application

Can be widely used in cement, power, metallurgy, furniture, wood industries exhaust gas purification and recycling of materials.


Structure

The structure of the round pulse bag filter consists of upper, middle and lower box, ash and injection system, the upper box includes a flat and a tuyere, the middle box includes hole-boards, bags framework, filter bags, the lower box includes the dust hopper, air inlet mouth and a door for checking and the injection system include impulse control device, pulse valve, the gas injection kits.

Principal and process

The dirty gas is sucked into the gas tube by the fan when working under normal condition, the rough particles will be separated by the centrifugal force. The fine dust suspended in the air then get into the filter bags, a large number of dust is remained on the bags, the air that get through the bags is then purified. At last the clean gas go into the atmosphere by the chimney.

The resistance of the filter rises with the thickening of the dust attached to the surface of fabric filter bags, which require regular cleaning to reduce resistance to the prescribed limit, so that the precipitator will work normally. The entire cleaning process is completed by high-pressure gas kits, solenoid valve, injection tube and the movement of the dust-clean system. Firstly sequence control system open solenoid valve automatically, the high-pressure air is insufflated into the bags to shake the dust down to the dust hopper. Then the solenoid valve is closed, and the cleaning operation is ended and the filter bags restore again. The control system open other solenoid valve to clean other bags, all bags achieve the state of filter, and the dust in the hopper is send to the dust room then remover it regularly.
