Product Description

INTRODUCTION:

High-frequency ERW straight seam pipe making machine, for the whole prodcution line, at first, the coil is loaded at the uncoiler, then but-welding the ends of coil, delivering to accumulator. After accumulator, the strip is pulled from accumulator contiousely by fixed speed, is formed to opened-pipe at forming machine, then welded by High frequency welder, de-burred, cooled, shaped and sized as round pipe and rectangluar&square pipe at the sizing area. Then the sized pipe is straightened after Turkey-head device and then cutted to fixed length by flying saw. At last, the fixed pipe is delivered from run-out table and inspected at the table.

This line could produce the round pipe, the rectangular and square pipe by material of cold/hot-rolled coil etc. It could be used at the metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, automobile industry. Adopting “W” forming type, it could make much more reasonbale force, and much more perfect forming shape at each stand etc.

General Process

Double head uncoiler → Shear & butt welder → Accumulator → Forming section(flattening unit+mani driving unit+forming unit+guide unit) → High frequency welding unit+ squeeze roller → De-burr frame → Cooling unit → Sizing unit and straightener → Flying saw under computer control → Run out table

8. .Equipment Manufacturing and Inspection/Test

1. The Seller manufactures the equipment according to the relevant standards strictly and tests the equipment according to the technical documents.

2. The Buyer shall inspect and test the commodities at the Seller’s factory at the Seller informs to confirm their conformity to the Contract Specifications. If the Buyer fails to arrive on time, the Seller shall have the right to deliver the goods according to the date stipulated in the Contract.

1. The Seller shall submit the following documents in English:

2. Foundation Plan (including the arrangement of water, electricity and air etc.)

3. Arrangement Plan

4. Operation Instruction (including the structure diagrams of the equipment, operation instruction, maintenance and trouble shooting, safe rules, consumable parts list and purchased parts list)

. Installation, Commissioning, Test and Training

1. Seller engineers will arrive to the buyer’s site within 20 working days of notification by the buyer.

2. The seller shall send 3(three) engineers to Customer worksite to commissioning .

3. After commissioning, the Final Acceptance Test should be made by the Representative of the buyer and the seller.

4. After the final acceptance test, the representatives of the buyer and the seller shall sign the “Final Acceptance Test Certificate” in three originals.

5. Operator training at buyer’s site: during the commission period, the seller’s engineers should train buyer’s operators in: operating the machine, maintaince/service of the machine, Instruction.

6. Final Acceptance Certificate will be signed as stated or within 60 days of the machine arriving in customer work site if delay is due to the fault of the buyer, or which ever is the sooner.

7. The Buyer shall prepare an interpreter for better communication between two sides.
